Approach
Three principles shape every listing and commission, from the first site visit to the final files. They're the reason agents rebook — and the reason a property still sells itself on screen months after the shoot.
Interiors are blended flambient — ambient exposures married to soft flash so windows keep their view and the room keeps its true colour. Exteriors are timed to the ten-minute twilight window, with facades and interior glow balanced in a single frame. Verticals stay dead straight, never a leaning wall.
Wide-angle coverage that makes a space read generously without warping it — no fisheye, no stretched hallways that disappoint at the viewing. Every room gets a hero angle and the supporting details that agents and buyers actually look for: kitchens, baths, storage, the view from the window.
A private online gallery lands the next business day for standard listings, with high-resolution and web-sized files, MLS-ready crops and a clear usage license in plain language. One point of contact from booking to final files — no account managers, no hand-offs, no chasing.
Process
No mystery, no surprises. Here's exactly how a shoot runs once you get in touch, whether it's a one-bed listing or a full architectural feature.
Send a short note through the booking form with the address, the approximate floor area, and when the property needs to go live. I reply within one business day with the next available slot and an itemised quote by tier. Access notes, staging status and parking all go on the sheet so the shoot day runs clean.
We time the visit around the sun — mid-day for bright interiors, late afternoon into blue hour for any twilight exterior. I send a short prep checklist so the space is ready: lights on, blinds set, surfaces cleared, cars moved. A deposit holds the date. For developers and architects I'll agree a shot list and moodboard first.
Most listings shoot in one to two hours; architecture features run half a day. I work room by room with corrected verticals and bracketed exposures, flagging anything that needs a quick tidy before the frame is locked. You'll see selects on the back of the camera as we go, so nothing in the final gallery is a surprise.
Standard listings are delivered the next business day as a private online gallery — fully edited, verticals corrected, skies and interior glow balanced — with high-resolution, web-sized and MLS-ready files under a clear license. Floor plans, drone frames and virtual twilight are available as add-ons when you need them.

The listings jumped off the portal. Verticals dead straight, windows never blown out, and the gallery was back before I'd finished the paperwork. Three of my sellers have rebooked already.
We used the twilight set across the whole marketing campaign for our riverside development. The blue-hour exteriors did more for pre-sales than any render we'd paid for.

Good to know
For standard listings a day or two is usually enough — I hold same-week slots for agents on a deadline. Twilight shoots, drone work and larger architectural features are best booked a week ahead so we can time the light and clear any flight permissions.
